  • Q: What is WeCare Dynamics system?
    A: The WeCare Dynamics system can continuously monitor well-being parameters and routine vital signs to detect and alert users, caretakers or clinicians in case of abnormal activity. It optimizes the user experience by addressing aging-related issues and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension and frailty, without relying on wearable devices.
  • Q: Who is the WeCare Dynamics system suitable for?
    A: Anyone, especially older adults, who want to continue living an active and independent life. The system provides continuous monitoring and chronic condition management for people with a wide range of healthcare needs.
  • Q: How accurate is WeCare Dynamics system?
    A: Through our research and testing, our radar sensor has MAE <2bpm when compared with Medical grade ECG in controlled laboratory setting.
  • Q: Are the contactless sensors safe?
    A: The mmWave radar sensor has achieved the standards of the Federal Communications Commission FCC) and CE certifications for electronic safety. The energy emitted by our sensor is only 0.6 % of the energy emitted from a typical WIFI routers.
  • Q: What about Privacy?
    A: Your privacy is protected with WeCare Dynamics. Our radar technology is unique and does not rely on cameras or microphones. WeCare Dynamics is designed to detect motion or vital signs non-stop without any concern for privacy.
  • Q: Are the contactless sensors safe?
    A: The mmWave radar sensor has achieved the standards of the Federal Communications Commission FCC) and CE certifications for electronic safety. The energy emitted by our sensor is only 0.6 % of the energy emitted from a typical WIFI routers.
  • Q: What if I don’t live in BC or AB Canada?
    A: At this moment, WeCare Dynamics is only offering the service in BC and AB. But family members across Canada will have peace of mind that their loved ones is safe with real-time emergency alert.
  • Q: Do I need to wear any device or gear?
    A: No, don't need to wear.
  • Q: Will it provide on-site installation service?
    We will have engineers to install it.
  • Q: Are there any equipment changes in the home? For example: wifi, TV cable, computer equipment, etc
    Basic equipment requires WIFI and mobile phone or tablet or computer.
